Organised by Fira de Barcelona in conjunction with the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC), the IoT Solutions World Congress (IoTSWC) is the world’s largest event on industrial internet innovations that brings together a congress, trade show and testbeds areas. Its October edition expects to gather 300 international exhibitors and 250 speakers. This year’s event will also showcase the convergence of IoT with artificial intelligence and blockchain.
This edition, the Congress will gather the world’s top experts in IoT and industry reps will be exploring the impact and state of implementation of IoT solutions in variety of environments. Nine core themes have been established for the 2018 edition as main tracks for the more than 125 scheduled seminars: connected transport and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, energy and utilities, smart building and infrastructure, open industry, enabling technologies, blockchain and artificial intelligence, with these last two having their very own forums, the Blockchain Solutions World + ICO World and the AI & Cognitive Systems Forum.
